i hate the saying “i’m here for you”
or worse, “i’m here.”
i mean, the real saying isn’t even here, it’s there! there for you!
my explanations seemed to confuse rather than clarify;
“i’m always here.
in the sense that i’m never not here. i mean. here is where i am, so how can i not be here?
now, there. there is a different story. i probably won’t be THERE. but here…here i will be - indefinitely.”
“here isn’t going to help. it’s there that will help. you need to be at her here, which isn’t here, but there.”
